Michael Evanoff Accounting Service was established in 1988 to serve the small business sector of the Coachella Valley. Michael Evanoff Accounting Service is owned and operated by Michael Evanoff who has a Junior Accounting Degree from Canby Area Business College, Canby, Minnesota and has been performing accounting duties for over thirty-five years - seventeen years in the Coachella Valley.  Michael Evanoff provides personalized service to the small and medium sized business, incorporating pickup and delivery of accounting records (locally) and review of financial statements as requested.  Quick and accurate accounting is a goal of Michael Evanoff Accounting Service, believing that in order for accounting to be meaningful in the operation of a business, the information must be current.

Services offered include:

Accounting:

Using professional accounting software, Michael Evanoff Accounting Service maintains a double-entry General Ledger to produce monthly financial statements.  If need be, we will review the financial statement with the client to ensure a sound understanding of the financial standing of their business.  Other standard accounting procedures include performing bank reconciliations of all the businesses bank accounts, as well as maintaining a record of asset purchases and disposals, loans, capital contributions, etc.

Payroll:

Payroll service can be as simple as recording and compiling your employee information or include calculation of paychecks and printing.

Normal services include maintaining employee compensation records, calculating payroll tax deposits, filing quarterly reports, year-end payroll reports, W-2s and 1099s (additional charge).

Training:

Training at the time of set-up makes conversion easy. Client detail work is kept to a minimum to allow client to focus more clearly on the operation of his business.

We also can assist in helping the client set up supporting systems, whether they are manual or computerized.
